Pereview Software is seeking a Project Manager to join and lead our growing services team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and project managing multiple implementations of Pereview Software to our global client base.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a project manager who will be rewarded for their accomplishments, who is a proactive, confident, self-starter, and thrives in competitive situations. Someone who is tenacious at attaining goals and determined to ensure that you and our teams are persistent in conquering our clients’ objectives.

You will project manage both Pereview and client resources throughout the full software implementation life cycle. By combining your experience within technology projects and ability to get things done, you will successfully lead multiple global clients through an implementation ensuring projects stay on budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
• Work with commercial real estate firms who are looking for a better way to manage and report on their data
• Drive project plans; provide ongoing management of multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion
• Diligently steward Pereview resources and client teams by communicating and reminding as necessary to exceed deadlines
• Regularly communicate milestones statuses with external and internal stakeholders, including key accomplishments, next steps, issues/risks/items for management attention, and project financials
• Manage data and execute business processes such as timesheet entry, resource forecasting, utilization analysis, expense management and tracking

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 3+ years of Project Management experience delivering software solutions (or similar web-based/digital development projects) using both waterfall and agile methodologies
• Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, MS Project or Monday.com
• Experience with Hubspot, or other CRM tools
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
• Track record of successful problem-solving
